측정 정확도 향상을위한 하이라이트 : 스플라인 보간

비접촉식 두께 측정 장비의 게이지 제어 전자 장치는 외부기능을 정확하게 계산해야합니다. 정확도를 높이기 위해 수학적으로 

복잡한 수정 된 스플라인 보간이 계산 알고리즘에 사용되었습니다.

 

SPC (통계적 프로세스 제어)는 두께 측정에 이상적인 기능입니다. 이 시스템은 순수 두께 측정을 품질 문서를위한 간편한 

인터페이스로 확장합니다. 고객의 기계에서 압연 / 절단 / 분할되거나 다른 방식으로 처리되는 모든 코일은 두께와 길이로 측정됩니다. 

프로파일은 C-프레임과 같은 측정 시스템에 의해 스트립을 측정하는 것으로 시작됩니다. 롤-포스와 같은 다른 공정 데이터는 우리의 

두께 제어 컨트롤러와 결합 될 수 있습니다. SPC 데이터는 데이터베이스에 저장되므로 품질 보증 부서에서 사용됩니다.

Our highlight for increasing the measuring accuracy: spline interpolation 
Calibration electronics for non-contact thickness-measuring equipment require an accurate calculation of an ex function. In order to increase the accuracy, mathematically sophisticated modified spline interpolations have been used in the calculation algorithms.

SPC (statistical process control) is the ideal enhancement for thickness measuring. The system extends your pure thickness measuring to a transparent interface for your quality documentation. Every coil that is rolled/cut/divided on your machine, or processed in another way, is measured in terms of its thickness and length. The profile is also measured at the start of the strip by the traversing measuring system. Other process data such as roll forces etc. can be incorporated in conjunction with our thickness control. The data is stored in a database and is therefore at the disposal of your quality assurance department.
